Privacy notice

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

With the «Notify me at launch» form we collect only your email address and the language of the page you signed up from (Italian or English). We do not ask for your name, phone number or any other data.

3. Why we use it

We use your email only to let you know when the game is available to book. We do not use it for any other marketing, we do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

4. Where it is stored

Emails are stored in Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc., which also hosts the website. Netlify is based in the United States: data is transferred with the safeguards required by the GDPR [to be checked: EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses].

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email until we send the launch notice and in any case no longer than [12 months] after you sign up. Then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so straight away.

6. Visitor statistics

To count visits we use Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data: the figures are anonymous and aggregated. The data is stored on servers in the European Union.

7. Cookies

This page does not use profiling or analytics cookies.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your email, to restrict its use or to withdraw your consent, by writing to [email]@decryptingspqr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

If this notice changes, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
